FAQ about registration, Tankzors key, Tankzors serial (all versions including Pro).
First of all, if you have any problems with the key and you can't find the answer in this post, please contact us to support@tankzors.com.
Please don't foget to include the following information:
1. your country;
2. your phone number;
3. the date you sent the SMS;
4. error you get when you try to send the SMS;
5. your 12 (for Tankzors) or 15 (for Pro version) digit in-game code (you can find it under 'Registration' menu, it looks like this — 4567 1234 4321);
6. was the payment made?
7. what is model of your phone?
And we will try to solve the problem.
I can't enter the key on my touch screen phone.
This problem exists in all old versions of Tankzors and Tankzors 5.
In Tankzors Pro you can enter the key by using joystick or screen labeled keys 'up, 'down' and 'right'.
You should go to the key's input window and select needed digits by pressing these keys.
I entered the key and the game was registered, but the next time I started the game and the game had lost information about registration key.
Or another problem — I am trying to enter the received key, but it is not appropriate.
In this case please do the following acts.
Start the game and go to the menu item 'registration'.
Find 12 digit in-game code for Tankzors (e.g. 4356 6543 1234) or 15 digit in-game code for Tankzors Pro (e.g. 67452 54326 02245) and remember it (or note down it).
Exit the game.
Run the game again and go to to the menu item 'registration'. Find your in-game code.
Have the code remained the same? Or have the code changed?
If the code have changed you should delete the game from your phone. And install the game again. Upon that write about it to us to support@tankzors.com and don't foget to include above-described information (7 points). We will give your a new good key.
I entered the key and played some levels, but then a strange inscription appeared on my phone's screen: 'Illegal registration key'.
It's likely you made a mistake in the 1-2 numbers (digits) when you had entered the key. Write to us about your problem and don't foget to include above-described information (7 points). We will send you your registration key.
I am going to install a new version of Tankzors. What should I do to save the information about registration of the game when I will install a new version of Tankzors?
In case you have an ealier version of Tankzors than version 5 your old version (3.0.-4.5.) will not be overwritten by version 5.
Tankzors 5 is a separate game file. After installation of Tankzors 5.1. you will have both games installed on your phone at once.
But in case a new version of Tankzors 5 will be released (5.2., 5.3. or... 5.6.) you should install the new game over the existing Tankzors 5 without removing it. And you should agree when the mobile phone will asks you to save the user data.
In this case all program and registration data will remain intact.
In case you want to install Tankzors Pro you must have in mind that your old version of Tankzors (3.0-4.5) or Tankzors (5.1. and ect.) will not be overwritten by version Pro.
Tankzors Pro is a separate game file. It's a second part of Tankzors. After installation Tankzors Pro you will have both games installed on your phone at once.
But in case a new version of Tankzors Pro will be released (6.1., 6.2., ect.) you should install the new game over the existing Tankzors Pro without removing it. And you should agree when the mobile phone will asks you to save the user data.
In this case all program and registration data will remain intact.
I bought a key and played the game. And one fine day I lost my phone, updated firmware of my phone, ect. Then I bought new phone and installed Tankzors again. How can I get a new key instead of my old key?
You should write to us to support@tankzors.com and include the following information:
1. what happened?
2. your country;
3. your phone number;
4. the date you sent the SMS from your phone number (point 2);
5. your 12 (for Tankzors) or 15 (for Pro version) digit in-game code (you can find it under 'Registration' menu, it looks like this — 5467 7235 0325).
And we will send you a new key. |
